Our aim is to ensure that you receive your order as fast as possible, while ensuring that each order is securely packed for its transportation so that it arrives safely to you.

Postage/shipping charges vary depending on size and location. Final charges will be calculated at checkout prior to payment and will be between $9 and $30.
Postage/Shipping - International
Postage/shipping charges vary depending on size and location. Please contact me for a quote. International Orders: Local guidelines apply once your purchase arrives in the country of destination and may be subject to local Customs duties and/or local taxes in that country. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase. Please check with the local authority to ascertain applicable rates and processing times as these charges are borne by you and not Johannalarkinart.com.
PO Box addresses are not accepted as a delivery address must be provided. All parcels require a signature on delivery. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched, and your parcel will be left at your local post office if there is no one available to accept the delivery. If you have a special request, please contact us before purchasing at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Insurance is included in all shipping and is included in the final quote at checkout. All artwork is packaged with care by the artist. For commission items the packaging can only occur once the artwork has cured enough to be wrapped and enclosed. This will be discussed on a case by case basis prior to the order being placed.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
I want you to love your artwork. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, return it to me and I will send you a full refund.
Returns and Exchanges are accepted on items within 5 business days of receipt for items that are in their original condition.
Any claim for damage to the items ordered must be notified to within 5 days of receiving the goods. Once you receive the artwork, the insurance is no longer active and the artist is not liable for any damages inflicted upon the artwork while in your care. Only damages caused by the courier are cared for by the insurance. In the event of delivery damage, photographic evidence must be taken of the packaging and the damaged artwork. All damages caused by delivery need to be emailed to within 5 days of delivery.

A description of the item and why you are returning it.
Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name of the replacement item.
For Exchange, with confirmation of availability, the new item will be shipped to you once we receive your return.
Exchanges within Australia are shipped to you free.
For international orders an exchange will incur re-delivery charges.
Refunds will be to the value of the item excluding original shipping and handling charges unless the item is damaged upon delivery.
Refunds will be via the original form of payment. You will be notified via email once this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Johannalarkinart.com.
