If I buy one of Johanna's original paintings or prints, do I pay freight and how much is it?

Postage within Australia is free.  For international orders please contact me for Freight/postage costs, which varies depending on size and location.

If I buy artwork, is it insured?

Yes, insurance is included in the unlikely event of transport damage.

How can I pay for artwork?

We accept MasterCard and Visa & PayPal. Direct bank transfer and payment on pickup is also available. Larkin Studio utilizes a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Credit card numbers are not stored in our systems in accordance with privacy and data security standards. When purchasing from Larkin Studio your financial details are passed through to a secure server that supports SSL (secure socket layers) of 128bit and greater.

How can I order and pay for canvases, prints, frames?

Please email your order to info@johannalarkinart.com on contact Johanna on 0448812070. An invoice will then be generated and emailed to you which will include bank details and pick up address.

I already have images of my artwork. Can you use these to make prints?

Yes. Absolutely. We are very happy to use the images you have or we can make digital images of your artwork if you don't already have images.

How can I arrange to have my artwork scanned/photographed?

Please contact us via email, text message, phone and messenger to organize a time to drop them off for photographing.

Am I guaranteed an original piece from Johanna Larkin Art?

All works listed as “original” are just that - one-off unique originals hand-painted by Johanna. Johanna has a separate section on the website for Limited-Edition prints (Print runs range from 50 to 150 units).

Do I get an Authenticity Certificate when purchasing artwork?

Yes, every piece of artwork (original and Limited-Edition Prints/Canvas) is signed and comes with an Authenticity Certificate.

How can I check the status of my order?

You will be provided with an online tracking number. Most paintings arrive within 7 business days. Please allow a little longer for country/ rural deliveries. If you are waiting longer than expected, please contact us.

Do you ship outside Australia?

Johanna gets a lot of international orders. Just email us and we will send you a quote for freight/shipping charges.
