ORDERING & PAYMENT METHODS
When Will It Arrive?
All artwork orders are sent within 5 business days. Delivery to Australian addresses are free and is usually within 3 to 7 days (most orders arrive sooner). For international orders, please email us on email@example.com for postage costs and estimated delivery times.
You will receive a tracking number by email when your order is sent. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times, as it relies on the postal service, however we will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
If you need something sent urgently, please contact us. We may be able to arrange express post (price and availability depend on location) or rush processing for a small fee.
Purchasing Canvases, Frames, Prints
Turnaround times for custom orders depends on the nature and size of the order and vary from 48hours to 14 days. Orders can either be shipped or picked up from our Kalamunda studio. Upon placing an order via email, phone, or messenger, an invoice will be emailed to your email address which will include bank details for payment and the pickup address.
All item prices are shown in Australian dollars. When purchasing artwork via the website, payment methods include Paypal and credit card (Visa and MasterCard). Orders placed directly via phone, email and messenger also have the option of bank transfer and card payment on pick up.
A deposit of 50% is required to commence work on a commission item. Final payment is required when the work is complete. Progress Payments are also acceptable and will be discussed between the client and artist. The artwork will not be shipped until full payment has been received.
An invoice will be issued with each purchase.
Commission items are discussed personally between the artists and the customer. Once a commitment has been made to purchase any artwork, you will receive an invoice. Once payment has been received, an order confirmation email and an updated invoice will be sent to your inbox immediately after processing your purchase - please contact us if you do not receive this.
Orders cannot be altered or cancelled once items have been dispatched. However, if your item is damaged in transit or you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately as we strive to provide you with the best products and services.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking number for all orders once they have been dispatched.
Larkin Framing, Printing, Canvases Orders
All orders for printing, framing, and canvases will be discussed at the time of the order being place and are dependent on the size and nature of the order.
